A talk program on “Wellbeing is a Skill” was held on 27 November with renowned neuroscientist Dr. Richard Davidson (Happy Minds). One of the world’s top neuroscientists, Richard Davidson is a highly sought after expert and speaker on wellbeing. His decades long scientific studies show that happiness and wellbeing are skills that can be learned just as one learns to play a musical instrument or train in golf or tennis. He is the founder and director of the Center for Healthy Minds, and Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2006, Time recognized him as one of “The 100 Most Influential People in the World”.
