FIVE THINGS THAT HAVE IMPACTED MY WORK AND LIFE
A good citizen must think about the nation. Existence of human life makes sense when you contribute to national prosperity and development. Everyone should be able to look beyond ethnicity and region to create an inclusive society. When I was a child, I wanted to serve the nation for the betterment of people and worked hard to achieve this. Today I am in this position.
Dedication and hard work
Work with a certain level of seriousness and put all your effort into creating results. When working for public interest, ensure that you do not derail from the goal for personal gain. Don‘t be afraid to take risks, failure also is a great teacher and can create the foundation for future success. Dedication, honesty and professionalism are my mantras in the course of this life.
Peace, harmony and spirituality create an environment for growth in both professional and personal life. I care and spend time with my family however busy I am at work. My family inspires me to work towards my responsibilities for the public and nation with honesty and integrity.
As a public official, I respect our people, leaders, colleagues and subordinates and value their thoughts and ideas. Team effort enables one to achieve goals better when there is mutual respect. I listen to inputs carefully on areas of public service delivery, policy formulation and implementation of administrative reform.
Trustworthiness is a key aspect for success. We must trust our people, coworkers and clients and try to provide service according to their interest, needs and requirement. If you create a huge gap between subordinates, supervisors, citizens, clients due to lack of trust, it will be almost impossible to achieve success in achieving organizational goals.
