KATHMANDU: Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) President Chandra Prasad Dhakal has urged Non-Resident Nepalis to increase their investment in Nepal to support the country's prosperity drive.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Global Conference and 11th International General Convention of Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) on Tuesday, FNCCI President Dhakal suggested that the NRNs do something tangible for the cause of the motherland saying that Nepal has immense potential for investment.
Dhakal also asked the NRNs to develop a model project and show it to the motherland adding that the present generation admires 'content' instead of the 'context'.
He also pledged to establish cooperation with the NRNs in joint venture projects and asked the NRNs to bring their knowledge, skills and capital back to Nepal.
