Dusit Princess Kathmandu hosts cake mixing ceremony

KATHMANDU: Dusit Princess Kathmandu on Wednesday hosted a cake-mixing ceremony to mark the beginning of the holiday season.

This event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, media friends, and business partners, marking the beginning of the festive season with a unique and heartwarming tradition.

Various personalities from the Nepali film industry including actors Swastima Khadka and Malika Mahat, TV personality Deepa Shree Niraula, health campaigner Sabina Kafle, and Vidushi Rana, among other business entrepreneurs attended the event.

People from different walks of life came together and mixed the dry fruit list with spices, herbs, and spirits.

The fruits are soaked and mixed for more than a month prior to getting the authentic taste and flavour of Christmas cake.
