realme opens service centre in Dang, the 5th in Nepal

KATHMANDU: realme, the most trusted technology brand, has inaugurated its fifth service centre in Nepal, located in New Road, Dang.

This new service centre, the first in Lumbini Province, marks a significant milestone in realme's commitment to enhancing customer experience across the country.

With service centres already established in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Itahari, and Dhangadhi, this latest addition aims to provide convenient access to after-sales services for customers in the western regions of Nepal.

The service centre in Dang offers comprehensive after-sales support, including repair and maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting, and warranty services.

The centre is designed to cater to realme's growing customer base, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions for all product-related concerns. Operating from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, the centre is staffed with skilled technicians trained to deliver high-quality service aligned with realme’s global standards.
