Govt committed to rapid economic development, good governance: Prez Paudel 

KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel stated that the government is moving forward with a shared commitment, focusing on the minimum common commitments and priorities of the coalition government formed at its inception.  

While presenting the government’s policies and programmes for fiscal year 2025/26 at a joint session of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly of the Federal Parliament today, the President emphasised the government's dedication to achieving rapid economic development to strengthen good governance.  

President Paudel said, "The government is committed to ensuring that every Nepali feels proud of their history and dignity, struggle and sacrifice, change and achievement, to instil greater hope and trust in the state among the people, to enhance economic dynamism, and to combat corruption and end impunity."
