Leapmotor tops China’s NEV startups for second month, delivering over 40,000 vehicles in April

KATHMANDU: Shangrila Motors, the sole authorised importer of Leapmotor vehicles in Nepal, has shared the news that Leapmotor has been ranked as the No. 1 NEV startup company in China for the second consecutive month.

Leapmotor delivered a total of 41,039 vehicles in April, making it the only NEV startup to surpass 40,000 deliveries in a single month. From January to April, the company recorded a cumulative total of 128,591 vehicle deliveries.

Shangrila Motors, part of Golchha Organisation, expressed pride in this achievement and reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its position as Nepal’s leading EV retailer. The company serves as the authorised importer of Peugeot, Citroën, and Leapmotor, focusing on delivering innovative and sustainable automotive solutions to drive the future of electric mobility in Nepal.
