KATHMANDU: Ncell has introduced a new concept with the launch of its 'Ncell Shop-in-Shop,' further expanding its customer service. The company’s first Shop-in-Shop officially commenced operations today in Bhairahawa.
The first Ncell Shop-in-Shop has been launched in partnership with its Point of Sale (PoS) partner, New Lumbini A 2 Z Mobile, located in Mailawar, Bhairahawa. Ncell’s Chief of Staff, Stephen Rodriguez, inaugurated the Shop-in-Shop during a special ceremony on Thursday.
Through the Shop-in-Shop, customers can access all services, from basic enquiries to a full range of customer assistance similar to that provided at Ncell Centres. Customers can obtain new SIMs, recharge, update KYC, reverify SIM ownership, purchase popular packages such as Sadhain ON Renewal, upgrade to eSIM, configure internet settings, and receive various other customer services.

"Our customers will now be able to access all customer care services from their nearby Shop-in-Shop. This first Shop-in-Shop, which has officially commenced operations today, exemplifies the model we aim to expand across different parts of the country. We are working towards rolling out more Shop-in-Shops nationwide to broaden and enhance customer service. We remain fully committed to serving our customers in line with our theme 'Here for You'," said Rodriguez.
During the inauguration, Rodriguez also distributed various gifts to visitors who participated in the Spin and Win game at the Shop-in-Shop.
The Shop-in-Shop will provide services to customers six days a week, from Sunday to Friday. To ensure convenient and efficient customer experiences, Ncell is also operating 33 Ncell Centres across different parts of the country.
