Skechers launches 1st official exclusive store in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: World-renowned American footwear brand Skechers launched its first official exclusive store in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu today.
The company is moving forward with an aggressive market expansion plan in Nepal. For now, this is the only official Skechers store in Nepal, the company stated.
The company mentioned that the store features new collections for the 2025 season, including exclusive inline products.

According to the company, Skechers is also preparing to open a second store next month in City Center, Kamalpokhari, as part of its plan to expand its network in Nepal. Additionally, the company plans to open its largest flagship store in Civil Mall by September.
Commenting on this, the company's managing director, Bishwas Thokar, said, "We are extremely excited to present the complete Skechers retail experience in Nepal. This is an important beginning of our commitment to provide world-class footwear to Nepali customers."
