Kuzu Nepal to unveil YADEA VELAX scooter series at NAIMA Auto Show 2025

KATHMANDU: KUZU Nepal, the exclusive distributor of YADEA in Nepal, is set to launch the YADEA VELAX series of electric scooters at the NAIMA Auto Show 2025 in Kathmandu. The line-up comprises three next-generation models: VELAX Fast Charging, VELAX U (Ultra Performance) and VELAX H (High Performance).

The VELAX Fast Charging model is equipped with a 76V 30Ah lithium-iron-phosphate battery, offering a range of up to 110 km and achieving an 80% charge in 20 minutes. It features a 3,200 W motor, a top speed of 62 km/h and 172 N·m of torque.

The VELAX U is powered by a dual 74V 20Ah battery system, delivering up to 140 km of range. Its 4,900 W motor enables a top speed of 80 km/h and generates 176 N·m of torque.

The VELAX H model features a single 72 V, 30 Ah battery, providing a range of up to 100 km on a single charge. It features a 3,200 W motor, reaching 62 km/h and producing 172 N·m of torque.

All three scooters will be displayed at the YADEA Pavilion during the NAIMA Auto Show 2025, where full specifications, pricing and showroom availability will be announced.
