KATHMANDU: LG Nepal showcased advanced artificial intelligence features integrated into its new line-up of products at an event in Kathmandu on Saturday.
The chief guest was Nirvana Chaudhary, managing director of the Chaudhary Group, who marked the partnership with LG Electronics that began in 1988 and highlighted CG’s rebranding of its Rio drinks range.
Also in attendance were Fabian Koonho Lee, managing director of LG Electronics Singapore, and Gerald Sungho Chun, managing director of LG Electronics Bangladesh.
The showcase featured LG smart home appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, air purifiers and monitors. Attendees had the opportunity to test the new “Affectionate Intelligence” technology, designed to optimise daily tasks while prioritising user health.
Gaurab Hamal, marketing head of CG Electronics, said, “We are proud to have been part of every household for four decades. LG has always led with innovation and the latest technology. Now, with Affectionate Intelligence, AI becomes more human, more intelligent and more meaningful.”
