Gold price reaches record Rs 199,400 per tola
KATHMANDU: Price of gold in Nepal has reached an all-time high today after the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA) set the rate at Rs 199,400 per tola.
Fine gold, which traded at Rs 198,400 per tola on Thursday, has risen by Rs 1,000 per tola today, marking its highest level to date.
The price of silver has also climbed, increasing by Rs 10 per tola. FENEGOSIDA reported that silver, which traded at Rs 2,315 per tola on Thursday, is now quoted at Rs 2,325 per tola.
