Gold price rises to Rs 198,700 per tola, silver to Rs 2,360
KATHMANDU: Prices of gold and silver have increased today compared with Monday in the local market. The price of gold rose by Rs 1,500 per tola and that of silver by Rs 5 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), gold is being traded at Rs 198,700 per tola today, while silver stands at Rs 2,360 per tola.
On Monday, one tola of gold fetched Rs 197,200, with silver traded at Rs 2,355 per tola.
According to international media, gold is trading at $ 3,372 per ounce in the international market today.
