
The price of fine gold in Nepal has surged to a record high, reaching Rs 230,600 per tola, According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA).
This marks the highest price ever recorded for gold in the country. On Ashwin 12, the price stood at Rs 223,200 per tola, indicating a sharp rise of Rs 7,400 over the past week.
Silver prices have also witnessed an upward trend. As of Ashwin 19, silver is trading at Rs 2,930 per tola, an increase of Rs 120 compared to the price on Ashwin 12.
