LRR Motors launches festive offers for Geely EX5 buyers

KATHMANDU: LRR Motors, the authorised importer of the Geely EX5 Max and Pro, has launched special festive offers for buyers of the Geely EX5 electric SUV.

The incentives include attractive cash discounts, one year’s comprehensive insurance at no cost, easy financing options, competitive trade‑in valuations with additional exchange bonuses and complimentary gift hampers.

The Geely EX5 has drawn an overwhelming public response within two months of its launch, LRR Motors has reported. Early market reception positions the model as one of the most talked‑about electric SUVs in Nepal for 2025 and underlines a shifting consumer appetite towards smart, sustainable mobility solutions.

Showrooms from Kathmandu to Pokhara and Biratnagar have recorded heavy footfall, long queues for test drives, and a notable surge in bookings and purchases, signalling strong consumer interest in the Geely Automobile Group’s global offering.

Prospective buyers have been visiting the Gairidhara showroom in Kathmandu in large numbers to see the EX5 firsthand and to assess its design and features. Test‑drive participants have praised the vehicle’s smooth performance, silent running and futuristic styling, with many calling it “the EV Nepal has been waiting for.” Interest has come from families, young professionals and EV enthusiasts, who have been contacting dealers via telephone and social media with queries about range, reliability and modern features.

Adhir Shrestha, Head of Sales at LRR Motors, said the response had exceeded expectations and noted record test‑drive registrations and queues outside showrooms.

Jeevan Jung Shahi, Director at LRR Motors, described the EX5 as a symbol of progress and confidence, saying the strong turnout demonstrated that Nepali consumers were ready to adopt electric mobility while placing trust in Geely’s heritage.

To accommodate demand, LRR Motors has extended showroom hours and increased test‑drive availability; the Gairidhara showroom is operating from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and remains open on Saturdays and public holidays. The dealer network is preparing to scale operations further as interest and bookings continue to grow.
