WorldLink Partners with Nokia to Introduce 6G Internet in Nepal, Promising Faster Speeds and Wider Coverage

KATHMANDU: WorldLink Communications, one of Nepal’s leading internet service providers, has launched “WorldLink 6G” in collaboration with Nokia, under the slogan “The Future of Internet is Here.”

Speaking at the launch event, Dileep Agrawal, Managing Director of WorldLink, said the initiative would redefine the internet experience for customers and businesses across Nepal.

Presenting the technical aspects of the new service, Agrawal explained that 6G technology will offer 40 percent wider coverage and four times faster speed compared to 5G, with enhanced multi-access capabilities.

“As compared to global pricing, we are proud to offer 6G at the most affordable rates,” Agrawal said. “No other country is providing 6G services at such competitive prices. We will continue to ensure the best quality at the best value.”

Sharing insights on the future of 6G, Shree Vishal, Nokia’s representative, discussed the global potential of the technology and reaffirmed Nokia’s commitment to providing world-class services in Nepal through its partnership with WorldLink.

In the evening session, WorldLink also felicitated the Kathmandu Gurkhas. CEO Keshav Nepal honoured the team’s Head Coach Monty Desai, Management Representative Anubhav Swar Shirohiya, and Suraj Singh Thakuri. During the event, WorldLink also announced its title sponsorship of the Kathmandu Gurkhas team.
