KATHMANDU: vivo has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone, the vivo X300 Pro, in Nepal, expanding its premium product portfolio in the country. The company says the device is aimed at users seeking professional-grade mobile imaging alongside flagship performance and intelligent software features.
The vivo X300 Pro has been introduced in two colour options—Phantom Black and Dune Brown—and is priced at NPR 179,999. According to the company, the smartphone will be available across Nepal from December 15, 2025, through Daraz and authorised retail outlets nationwide.
A key highlight of the X300 Pro is its advanced camera system, developed in collaboration with ZEISS. The smartphone features a 200-megapixel ZEISS APO telephoto camera supported by an Ultra-Sensing HPB sensor and CIPA 5.5-rated stabilisation, designed to deliver clearer and more stable telephoto photography. It is paired with a ZEISS gimbal-grade main camera using the LYT-828 sensor, which is designed to capture accurate colours and detailed images in both bright and low-light conditions.
The imaging system is supported by vivo’s Pro Imaging Chip VS1 and the Dimensity 9500 processor combined with the V3+ Imaging Chip. This setup enables faster image processing and improved low-light performance, along with features such as 20x long-range motion snapshots and specialised telephoto modes for flower and bird photography. The device also includes a 50-megapixel ZEISS wide-angle front camera.
Alongside hardware upgrades, vivo has introduced OriginOS 6 in Nepal with the X300 Pro. The operating system features AI-driven performance enhancements aimed at smoother navigation and improved responsiveness. Tools such as Origin Island provide contextual notifications, while the vivo Office Kit allows phone-to-PC connectivity and multi-device productivity.
The smartphone is equipped with a ZEISS Master Color Display featuring 8T LTPO technology for improved brightness and colour accuracy. Design features include a flat display, ultra-slim symmetrical bezels, and built-in eye-protection technology.
Powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset built on TSMC’s N3P process, the X300 Pro is designed to deliver sustained performance. It houses a 6,510mAh BlueVolt battery with support for 90W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. The device also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, Armor Glass protection, and 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanning.
With the launch of the X300 Pro, vivo aims to strengthen its presence in Nepal’s premium smartphone segment by combining advanced imaging capabilities, high-end performance, and refined design.
