KATHMANDU: Xiaomi has strengthened its presence in Nepal by opening a dedicated service centre in Lahan Chowk, Siraha district, the company said on Monday.
The new facility, operated by Teledirect, a subsidiary of Ramesh Corp, will provide after‑sales support for Xiaomi products, including mobile phones, smart wearables such as fitness trackers and smartwatches, audio devices including earbuds and headphones, and various IoT gadgets, company officials said.
To mark the launch, the centre is offering promotional benefits for the first month, including complimentary device servicing and software updates across all product categories. Repairs and components not covered under warranty will be available at a 25% reduced rate, with service fees for such parts waived.
