KATHMANDU: SMART Growth Ventures is set to host Episode–05 of its SMART Friday Insight Series on Friday, January 30, focusing on Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and their application in Nepal.
Titled 'SIP Investing in Nepal', the session will feature Rajeeb Maharjan, senior equity research and data analyst at NEPSE Alpha, as the keynote speaker. Organisers said Maharjan will explain the operational mechanics of SIPs and outline strategies for long‑term wealth creation through regular, small‑scale investments tailored to the Nepali financial landscape.
The programme forms part of SMART Growth Ventures’ broader effort to boost financial literacy and practical investing skills. The series runs under a 'Contribute and Get Benefited Model', which the company describes as a collaborative learning platform for personal and professional development.
Episode–05 follows earlier sessions that addressed a range of financial topics, including collateral management by CA Manish Aryal, the Social Security Fund by Jay Krishna Dulal, common investor mistakes by Shalikram Adhikari, and market survival strategies by Atit Lal Shrestha.
The event will run from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm and will be streamed live via Google Meet and YouTube Live. NEPSE Alpha is supporting the initiative. Interested participants can register via the links posted on SMART Growth Ventures’ digital platforms — https://forms.gle/LDJN16ffNrd3mWZD7
