DUBAI, UAE: As aviation disruptions continue in the Gulf following reports of a drone strike near Dubai International Airport, global gaming and crypto company 1win has organised private charter flights to evacuate its VIP clients from the United Arab Emirates.

When airports in Dubai closed, and many travellers were left stranded, 1win coordinated a private evacuation operation, arranging departures on private jets from airports in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to destinations across Latin America, Asia and the CIS region. The company said the initiative was intended to give clients an alternative to disrupted commercial services.

"Safety first," the Owner of 1win commented on X. "When airports in Dubai closed, and many were stranded, not knowing how to get out, in less than a day, we organised the evacuation of our VIP clients on all private jets, so they could return home safely without waiting for the situation to stabilise. We are here to support you in any situation."

Commercial aviation in the region has been heavily affected by the incident. Emirates temporarily suspended flights to and from Dubai International Airport and urged passengers not to travel to the airport until the security situation stabilises. Several international routes have been cancelled as airlines reassess operational risks.

Industry observers report a sharp surge in demand for business aviation in the UAE, with private jet charters and prices rising as travellers seek alternatives to commercial flights. 1win said its charter programme remains ongoing and that additional aircraft will be arranged depending on client travel needs.

Founded in 2016, 1win operates as a crypto platform within the global gaming industry and serves markets across Asia, Latin America and Africa. The company has expanded its public profile through ambassador partnerships in recent years, including actor Johnny Sins in 2024, MMA legend Jon Jones in 2025, and American wrestler and mixed martial artist Gable Steveson earlier this year.
