LG Nepal launches nationwide free air conditioner service camp

KATHMANDU: LG Electronics, in partnership with its official distributor CG Electronics, has launched a nationwide free air conditioner service camp ahead of the summer season.

Under the initiative, trained technicians will inspect and service LG air conditioners at no service charge to ensure optimal cooling performance, improved energy efficiency and a longer product lifespan.

Customers attending the service camp can access a range of promotional offers, including up to 50% discount on spare parts, a 20% special discount on the purchase of a new AC, and free installation valued at Rs 4,000. Customers exchanging an old unit for a new model may receive up to 50% extra valuation on the AC exchange.

Participants will receive two service coupons worth Rs 3,000, valid for six months, to support continued maintenance after the initial service. LG and CG Electronics are also offering easy EMI facilities through CGX Elex to help customers purchase new units with flexible payment plans.

LG said the initiative reaffirms its commitment to providing advanced cooling technology, reliable after-sales service and customer-centric solutions to households across Nepal.
