KATHMANDU: Internationally recognised home‑appliance brand Beko has launched a Free AC Service Camp in Nepal.
Operated through CG Electronics, the campaign aims to help owners prepare their air conditioners ahead of the summer season and to encourage upgrades to new, technology‑equipped models.
Under the campaign, an authorised technical team will carry out a free check‑up and service of customers’ air conditioners. The company said regular servicing helps improve cooling capacity and increase the lifespan of the appliance.
Customers will not be charged for the service and will be eligible for discounts of up to 50% on necessary spare parts. A special discount of up to 20% will be offered to those purchasing a new Beko AC.
The campaign includes an Exchange Offer under which customers may trade in an old AC of any brand when buying a new Beko unit and receive up to a 50% additional valuation, enabling access to modern, energy‑efficient models at lower cost.
Buyers of new Beko ACs will receive free installation worth Rs. 4,000 and two service coupons worth Rs. 3,000, which can be used within six months.
CG Electronics has also made simple EMI facilities available through CGX Elex to allow customers to purchase Beko ACs in instalments.
The Beko brand is known worldwide for its modern design, energy efficiency and reliable technology. According to the company, Beko ACs will provide high performance, a comfortable cooling experience and long‑term reliability.
Customers wishing to participate can register by scanning the official QR code of CG Care or by contacting the service hotlines 166‑00‑102‑211, 166‑00‑100‑211 or 01‑5970122.
