KATHMANDU: Kuzu Nepal, the official distributor of Yadea electric scooters in Nepal, has opened a new Yadea Care – Service Station in Nagpokhari, Kathmandu, to provide enhanced after-sales service and greater convenience to Yadea customers.
The service centre, located in central Kathmandu, has come into operation today and is designed to offer faster, more efficient and reliable maintenance support for Yadea electric scooter users, the company said.
With the new facility, customers can access professional service and technical support in a more convenient location, Kuzu Nepal said, adding that the centre is expected to significantly improve accessibility for Yadea riders who live or work around central Kathmandu.
Yadea has maintained its position as the world’s No. 1 electric two-wheeler brand for nine consecutive years, and its scooters have been gaining popularity in Nepal for their performance, design and reliability, the company said. Models such as Velax, Owin and the best-selling E8S Pro continue to receive strong responses from Nepali consumers.
Kuzu Nepal said the opening of the Nagpokhari service centre reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening customer support and delivering a better ownership experience for Yadea riders in Nepal.
The company said it plans to gradually expand Yadea Care service stations to other major cities across the country, ensuring that customers nationwide can benefit from professional and dependable after-sales service.
