KATHMANDU: United Traders Syndicate (UTS), the authorised distributor of Toyota vehicles in Nepal, has announced the winners of the 19th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest following a special ceremony held in Kathmandu. Children from schools across the country were honoured for artworks created under this year’s theme, “Mobility of the Future.”

The nationwide competition drew enthusiastic participation and provided young artists with an opportunity to express their creativity and visions of future transportation through drawings. Organisers said the event showcased a wide range of imaginative ideas from students of different age groups.

Winners in the under-7 category are Preksha Sharma of Galaxy Public School (first), Annora Shakya Awale of Studio 18 (second) and Devansh Goyal of Rai School (third). In the 8–11 age group, Aradhya Kanauje of Galaxy Public School took first place, followed by Srija Prajapati of Rai School in second and Aezyan Khan Malik of Rai School in third. The 12–15 category saw Nisha Luniya of Rai School win first place, Aryav Joshi of Kasthamandap Vidhyalaya place second and Anuwa Yadav finish third.

The first-place winners from each age group will represent Nepal on the international stage of the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest to be held in Japan. UTS said the selection aims to give young Nepali artists exposure on the global platform and to celebrate their creative interpretations of future mobility.

The Toyota Dream Car Art Contest is an annual initiative that encourages children worldwide to imagine and illustrate what future vehicles might look like. The contest has long been promoted as a way to inspire creativity and interest in design and technology among young people.
