KATHMANDU: Sujal Dairy has launched Delite Dairy Pride, Nepal’s first instant full cream milk powder.
Sujal Dairy said Delite Dairy Pride dissolves easily in lukewarm water, allowing consumers to prepare a smooth, creamy glass of milk quickly. The company said the product is aimed at busy families, professionals, expatriates and travellers seeking a convenient source of daily nutrition.
The company said the powder contains no added sugar and is enriched with calcium, protein, vitamins A and D, nutrients it said support bone strength, muscle development and overall physical and mental well‑being in growing children. Sujal Dairy said the product has a 12‑month shelf life.
Sujal Dairy said the product is packed in a moisture‑resistant, airtight metallic pack to preserve freshness and simplify storage. The company recommended preparing a serving by adding three heaped tablespoons (25 g) of powder to 180 ml of lukewarm water and stirring until fully dissolved. It added that the powder can be used in beverages and recipes such as milky tea, coffee and desserts.
Sujal Dairy said Delite Dairy Pride is made from fresh milk sourced from local farms and processed using advanced spray‑drying technology under strict hygienic conditions. The company said each batch undergoes quality assurance and quality control checks overseen by a team that includes food scientists.
Delite Dairy Pride is being sold in 1 kg packs priced at Rs 2,100 and is listed on e‑commerce sites including Daraz, Merokirana, Smartdoko, Giftmandu and Foodmandu, as well as at Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket, Bigmart, KK Mart and other modern trade outlets.
The product is now available through major e‑commerce platforms, modern trade outlets and Bhatbhateni Supermarket.
