KATHMANDU: CG Reliance Beverage on Thursday launched Campa Energy Gold Boost in Nepal. The move marks the company’s entry into the energy drink segment and expands the Campa range, which already includes Campa Cola, Campa Lemon and Campa Orange.
The company said Campa Energy Gold Boost is an international-quality energy drink developed to meet global standards of performance and taste. Combining quality with accessibility, the product is intended to reflect the company’s vision of delivering “global quality at an affordable price” and to capture the grit and energy of today’s youth.
Campa Energy Gold Boost is sold in a 250 ml can priced at Rs 80. According to CG Reliance, the drink is available across retail outlets nationwide, supported by its distribution network and in-store visibility initiatives, and is manufactured locally at the company’s bottling plant in Nepal to ensure consistent supply and freshness.
The launch is part of CG Reliance Beverage’s strategy to broaden its presence beyond carbonated soft drinks and strengthen its position in the growing energy beverage category in Nepal.
CG Reliance Beverage is a joint venture between Chaudhary Group, Nepal’s largest business conglomerate, and Reliance Consumer Products (RCPL), the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries. The company handles manufacturing and distribution of the Campa portfolio in Nepal, combining RCPL’s brand strength with Chaudhary Group’s local market expertise and supply-chain infrastructure.
RCPL said it aims to blend global standards with local insights to create accessible consumer products, while Chaudhary Group highlighted its role as the manufacturer and distribution partner, leveraging deep market presence and established logistics across the country.
