Shreejana Rana elected director on the boards of Zonta International, Zonta Foundation for Women

KATHMANDU: Zontian Shreejana Rana, Immediate Past District Governor of Zonta Club Kathmandu, has been elected director on the boards of Zonta International, and the Zonta Foundation for Women for the 2026-2028 biennium.

The club said the election is a moment of immense pride for Zonta Club Kathmandu and for Nepal and highlighted Rana’s long-standing commitment to the organisation’s mission. Her election follows years of service and leadership at district level.

Club officials said her new role will raise the profile of Nepal and the club internationally and strengthen ties with global initiatives on women’s empowerment.

Zonta Club Kathmandu called the achievement a testament to Rana’s dedication and said members look forward to her contributions during the biennium.
