KATHMANDU: GO Automobiles, the official importer and distributor of JSW MG vehicles in Nepal, has announced measures to improve affordability, transparency in spare parts pricing, and after-sales service across the country. The rollout aligns with the government's 'Price Transparency Week'.
The company has published the retail prices for genuine MG spare parts in Nepal, stating the move will help owners plan maintenance costs with greater certainty. GO Automobiles said all parts are sourced through MG’s authorised supply chain in India to ensure authenticity, quicker availability and competitive pricing.
GO Automobiles said it is working to ensure timely spare parts supply and will publish annual maintenance cost estimates soon to give customers clearer long-term cost expectations.
The company added that it is expanding its after-sales service network beginning in Kathmandu, with customer support a top priority.
GO Automobiles stated these steps aim to build long-term trust and confidence among MG owners by delivering a reliable, transparent and customer-focused ownership experience.
