KATHMANDU: GO Automobiles, the official importer and distributor of JSW MG Motor India vehicles in Nepal, today launched the all-new MG Hector at the MG showroom in Thapathali, Kathmandu.

The launch follows the company’s introduction of the MG Windsor and MG Comet in Nepal on May 11, expanding MG’s line-up in the country. GO Automobiles said the new Hector brings upgraded technology, enhanced premium features and a stronger road presence, and aims to offer one of the most spacious and feature-rich SUVs in its segment.

Company materials highlight the Hector’s larger SUV experience compared with rivals in a similar price range, noting advanced features, premium comfort and practical design intended for modern families and SUV buyers. The vehicle is promoted as offering premium interiors, smart connectivity, advanced safety systems, a spacious cabin and convenience features that improve the ownership experience.

GO Automobiles said the new-generation Hector is a significant upgrade over the earlier model previously available in Nepal, with improvements in design, features, technology and overall premium appeal.

“We are delighted to officially introduce the all-new MG Hector in Nepal. The Hector has been one of MG’s most successful and admired SUVs globally, known for its premium experience, advanced technology, spaciousness, and strong value proposition. This new generation Hector offers a significantly upgraded experience compared to before, with more features, enhanced comfort, bold styling, and advanced technology — all while remaining highly competitive in its segment. We believe it is perfectly suited for customers in Nepal looking for a modern premium SUV that delivers style, safety, technology, and practicality in one complete package,” said Akash Golchha, Managing Director of GO Automobiles.

The all-new MG Hector is now available in Nepal, starting at Rs 6,699,000 and is offered in four variants. GO Automobiles said the launch reinforces MG’s growing presence in Nepal and reflects the importer’s commitment to providing globally recognised vehicles with after-sales service, genuine spare parts and a customer-focused ownership experience.

Interested customers can visit the MG showroom in Thapathali for test drives and bookings or contact the dealer on 9801020062.
