KATHMANDU: Xiaomi Nepal has opened two authorised service centres in Itahari and Narayangadh, the company said on Monday.
The centres, at Dharan Line in Itahari and Lions Chowk in Narayangadh, will provide repair, maintenance and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables, hearables and IoT devices, and will stock genuine Xiaomi spare parts to ensure quality repairs.
TeleDirect, part of the Ramesh Corp group, will operate the outlets as an authorised after‑sales service partner for Xiaomi across Nepal.
The Itahari centre includes a dedicated Customer Experience Zone where visitors can see, try and experience a range of Xiaomi products before purchase. Xiaomi said the zone has modern facilities intended to offer a more comfortable and interactive experience than a traditional service centre.
Xiaomi Nepal said it will introduce special promotional offers to mark the openings and urged customers to follow its official social media channels or contact the nearest centre for updates.
Deepak Shrestha, General Manager of TeleDirect, said, “The new centres in Itahari and Narayangadh are an important step towards providing Xiaomi customers with faster, easier and higher‑quality after‑sales service.” He added the move underlines the company’s commitment to strengthening customer trust and expanding its support network across Nepal.
Each centre is staffed by trained technicians able to handle routine repairs and complex technical issues in line with Xiaomi’s official service standards. Customers can visit the centres for prompt service, technical assistance and expert support.
