FIFA has announced that the winners of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ will receive bespoke championship rings in addition to the trophy and gold medals. It is the first time rings will be awarded at a FIFA competition.

The rings form a strictly limited edition of 2,026 individually numbered pieces created as a tribute to the tournament. Thirty of those rings will be reserved for the victorious team, while 1,996 will be made available to fans worldwide as an Official Licensed Product.

One side of each ring will feature the FIFA World Cup trophy, and the other side will be customised to reflect the identity of the winning team. Every ring will be individually numbered, custom-fitted and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

Immediately after the final on Sunday, July 19, at New York New Jersey Stadium, the captain and head coach of the winning team will receive temporary rings to mark the occasion. The 30 rings allocated to the winners will then be customised and presented at a later date to ensure a permanent, perfect fit.

The final will see Spain and Argentina compete for the title and the inaugural championship rings.
