Ministry requires Nepali workers to submit detailed job description before departure
KATHMANDU: Nepali workers travelling abroad for employment must now submit a detailed job description before departure, the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment said.
The ministry issued a ministerial decision on Wednesday requiring that a full job description be specified and submitted to the ministry prior to travel, the ministry added.
It has also strengthened verification of agreements signed between employers and employees, covering terms and conditions, remuneration and other facilities.
