The Soaltee Kathmandu, Autograph Collection concludes Kashmiri Wazwan promotion

KATHMANDU: The Soaltee Kathmandu, Autograph Collection has concluded a limited-time Kashmiri Wazwan promotion at its North Indian restaurant, Kakori, the hotel said.

The event ran from July 22 to August 1 and presented traditional Wazwan dishes prepared using slow-cooking techniques and Kashmiri spices. Diners were offered an à la carte menu of kebabs, slow-cooked meat specialities, fragrant rice preparations and customary accompaniments drawn from Kashmir’s royal culinary heritage.
