Kuzu Nepal launches three YADEA electric scooters, GS70, GT70 and GT80

KATHMANDU: Kuzu Nepal, the authorised distributor of YADEA in Nepal, has launched three intelligent electric scooters: the YADEA GS70, GT70 and GT80.

The new lineup introduces smart electric two-wheelers aimed at meeting a range of riding requirements across the country.

The YADEA GS70 is intended for everyday urban commuting and features a 2.1 kWh LFP battery paired with a 2.8 kW peak motor, delivering a riding range of up to 105 kilometres on a single charge.

Engineered for longer travel, the YADEA GT70 incorporates a 5.7 kWh dual LFP battery system that combines a 3.6 kWh fixed battery with a 2.1 kWh removable battery. It is powered by a 3.7 kW peak motor and provides a riding range of up to 220 kilometres.

The YADEA GT80 is the premium-performance model, equipped with a 3.6 kWh lithium battery and a 5 kW peak motor, achieving a top speed of 80 km/h and a range of up to 150 kilometres.

All three models include connected technologies such as Bluetooth connectivity, a TFT smart display, mobile navigation mirroring, YADEA Smart App connectivity, family sharing for up to five users and smart keyless operation. Safety features comprise a Traction Control System (TCS), Cruise Control, Hill Hold Control, Hill Descent Control and a dual-disc braking system.

The vehicles are backed by a battery warranty of 3 years or 50,000 kilometres. The models are available across 20 authorised YADEA dealerships in Nepal, with additional outlets due to open in the coming months. Kuzu Nepal is offering an introductory discount of Rs 10,000 on all three models until the conclusion of the NAIMA Auto Show.
