KATHMANDU: Vaidya's Organization of Industries & Trading Houses (VOITH) has launched the crossover motorcycle X-47 from premium electric brand Ultraviolette in the Nepali market at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. VOITH, the authorised distributor of Ultraviolette in Nepal, has set the price of the X-47 at Rs 684,900.

The company said the X-47 combines crossover design, modern technology and high performance and is aimed at riders interested in daily commutes, thrilling journeys and adventure riding. With the unveiling of the X-47, Ultraviolette has expanded its electric motorcycle line-up in Nepal.

VOITH had earlier opened bookings for Ultraviolette’s F77 Original and F77 Recon models in Nepal, with starting prices of Rs 811,000 and Rs 969,000 respectively.

The F77 is equipped with a 10.3 kWh battery pack and, the company said, provides an IDC range of 323 kilometres on a single full charge. It features a 30 kW electric motor that generates a maximum torque of 100 Nm.

In performance terms, the F77 accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 155 km/h. The vehicle’s 39-level traction control system is said to help maintain grip and stability across various road and riding conditions.

For the duration of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, the price of the F77 is set at Rs 1.05 million as a special expo rate, after which the price will increase.

The company said the new model aims to offer a combination of high performance, technology and design for daily use, long-distance travel and adventure riding.
