NIC Asia Capital proposes 50 pc cash dividend; calls AGM for Sep 11

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Capital has proposed a 50% cash dividend, including tax, on its paid-up capital for fiscal year 2025/26. The decision was taken at the 174th meeting of the board of directors.

The company has called its 10th annual general meeting (AGM) for Friday, September 11. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am at NIC Asia Capital's registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu.

Shareholders at the AGM will discuss and adopt the board of directors' annual report for fiscal year 2025/26 and to deliberate and vote on the proposed cash dividend alongside other corporate proposals.

NIC Asia Capital also said it is expanding digital accessibility for customers under the slogan 'Now not in line, Capital's services online'. By the end of fiscal year 2025/26, the company arranged to provide the majority of its services through online platforms.
