Ncell partners with Nepal Mediciti Hospital to offer healthcare benefits to customers

KATHMANDU: Ncell and Nepal Mediciti Hospital have signed a partnership to give eligible customers exclusive healthcare benefits and improve access to affordable medical services.

Under the agreement, Ncell subscribers with an active pack or rental of Rs 299 or above will receive a free outpatient department (OPD) doctor consultation at Nepal Mediciti Hospital. Customers maintaining an active pack or rental ranging from Rs 99 to below Rs 299 will receive a 20% discount on OPD doctor consultation charges.

The deal was signed during a programme on Tuesday by Ncell Chief Consumer Business Officer Upanga Dutta and Dr Amit Tomer, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Mediciti Hospital.

Commenting on the collaboration, Dutta said, “By linking exclusive healthcare privileges at Nepal Mediciti directly to Ncell packs, we are turning everyday mobile usage into real-life value. Whether it is a free OPD doctor consultation or a significant discount, this partnership ensures our customers get more than just connectivity. They get support for their well-being too. To access the benefits, eligible customers can log in to the Ncell app and search for Nepal Mediciti Hospital under the Partnered Services section. The app automatically shows the applicable benefit for eligible subscribers, whilst other Ncell users can activate an eligible pack or rental to take advantage of the offer.
