KATHMANDU: Daily Sewa, an automated digital service marketplace, has been launched in Nepal to connect consumers with household and commercial service providers on a single platform.
Developed locally, the platform offers over 100 services across 10 categories, including home maintenance, appliance repair, logistics, and cleaning. The service is currently operational in the Kathmandu Valley, with plans to expand nationwide.
"Since anyone can access the services they require from the comfort of their own home, it is anticipated to save both time and labour," said Prakash Neupane, chief executive officer of Daily Sewa.
The platform enables skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers to register their business details and reach a wider customer base. To maintain quality and trust, the company has implemented a post-service rating system.
Users can access the marketplace via its official website or by downloading the Daily Sewa app from the Play Store or App Store.
