KATHMANDU: Jagdamba Motors, the authorised distributor of TVS Motor Company in Nepal, has introduced the new TVS Raider 125 Single Seat to the Nepali market.
The motorcycle was officially unveiled at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu on Sunday during an event attended by media representatives, content creators and influencers. The launch was led by Deepa Agrawal, President of Jagdamba Motors, and Deepak Rauniyar, Vice President, alongside entertainers Karma Lama and Nishchal Aryal.
Priced at Rs 2,79,900, the new variant combines the sporty characteristics of the original model with a practical single-seat layout. This configuration offers a continuous and spacious seating area, designed to provide everyday usability and comfort for both the rider and pillion during commutes, family travel and longer journeys.
The updated motorcycle retains the aggressive styling of the Raider series whilst accommodating a wider range of daily riding needs. It is equipped with a 124.8cc engine, a 5-speed gearbox, a reverse LCD digital display, LED lighting, monoshock suspension and USB charging.
The TVS Raider 125 Single Seat is now available through the authorised TVS sales network across the country.
Speaking at the launch, Jagdamba Motors President Agrawal stated, "The TVS Raider has created a strong connection with young riders through its distinctive design, performance and technology. With the introduction of the new Raider 125 Single Seat, we are expanding that experience by offering customers greater comfort and everyday practicality without taking away from the sporty character that defines the Raider. We are delighted to introduce this new option to riders across Nepal."
Vice President Rauniyar added, "Today’s young riders expect more from a motorcycle. They want something that looks exciting, performs confidently and also fits naturally into their everyday life. The TVS Raider 125 Single Seat brings these elements together in one package. At Rs 2,79,900, we believe this new variant gives customers another compelling way to experience the Raider."
