KATHMANDU: Execution intelligence platform Coreviu hosted an interactive showcase on Sunday to demonstrate how real-time visibility into strategy execution can improve workplace decision-making.
The session addressed the persistent operational gap between high-level organisational planning and observable workplace execution, where critical people-related choices are frequently made without verifiable facts.
Coreviu aims to bridge this divide by combining hard data with human-centric metrics. Operating on existing workplace systems as its primary data source, the platform generates research-backed dashboards, analytical insights and precise action plans while supporting human judgement. The system operates on three foundational pillars, 'transparency, visibility and meaningful engagement', and is guided by the philosophy: "If you want your strategy to work, you should be able to see your execution."

Alongside quantitative analytics, the platform incorporates engagement features such as daily mood checks, trivia, kudos, redeemable rewards and leaderboards to keep staff well-being at the centre of operations.
During the event, participating women leaders and professionals engaged in interactive activities before taking part in a direct product demonstration. Attendees explored the platform's individual modules first-hand, evaluated how the technology integrates into existing workplace systems, and discussed their own day-to-day people-management challenges. The showcase concluded with a feedback and recommendation session, followed by a networking high tea.
