Changan launches 24×7 roadside assistance across Nepal for festivals
KATHMANDU: CHANGAN Nepal, represented by MAW Vriddhi Auto Corp, has launched a nationwide CHANGAN Care 24×7 Roadside Assistance service. The scheme has been unveiled ahead of the Dashain, Tihar and Chhath festivals to provide emergency support for motorists travelling across Nepal.
The round-the-clock programme covers three vehicle brands distributed by the company — AVATR (07 and 11), DEEPAL (S07, S05, E07 and L07) and NEVO (Q05) — and offers towing, on-site repair support, 24-hour emergency assistance and help from a dedicated customer care team under the slogan 'Because Your Journey Matters Everywhere in Nepal'.
The assistance network operates from 11 regional hubs: Dang, Dhangadhi, Birtamode, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Janakpur, Birgunj, Chitwan, Pokhara and Balkumari in Lalitpur. Motorists requiring help can call the dedicated hotline on 9704024365.
