
KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to take place at 11:00 am today.
During the session, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will respond to concerns raised in discussions regarding the government’s policies and programmes for upcoming fiscal year 2025/26.
According to Padma Prasad Pandey, General Secretary of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Prime Minister Oli will address questions raised by lawmakers on the government's policies and programmes.
President Ramchandra Paudel on May 2 presented the government’s policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year in a joint session of the Upper and Lower Houses of the Federal Parliament.
Meanwhile, amendments received on the government’s policies and programmes will be tabled for decision. A total of 37 amendment proposals have been registered.
Similarly, Prime Minister Oli will also respond to concerns raised in discussions on the government’s policies and programmes in today’s National Assembly meeting.
The National Assembly meeting is scheduled for 1:15 pm today.
As per the schedule, the government’s policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year will be passed today.
