MG Motors Nepal enhances customer value with more affordable spare parts
KATHMANDU: Paramount Motors, the authorised importer and distributor of MG Motors in Nepal, has cut the prices of more than 100 spare-part line items by an average of 30%, reaffirming its commitment to customer-centred after-sales service.
The company carried out a comprehensive review of its logistics operations and worked with MG’s global supply chain to identify cost savings, which have been passed directly to customers.
MG Motors Nepal is also expanding its service network. It now operates three fully fledged service centres in the Kathmandu Valley and more than a dozen additional outlets across its dealership network.
