FNCCI nominates three entrepreneurs to executive committee

KATHMANDU: Three entrepreneurs have been nominated to the executive committee of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).

Nominees are Rajkumar Neupane, Saraswati Rai and Kamal Kumar Shrestha.

Neupane is a former central executive member of FNCCI and former president of Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Shrestha is a former central executive member of FNCCI and former president of Sindhupalchok Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Rai is president of Nepal Herbs and Herbal Products Association (NEHHPA) and vice-chairperson of FNCCI’s Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee.

All three were nominated by FNCCI President Chandra Prasad Dhakal in accordance with section 29, subsection 29.2, clause (f)(10) of the FNCCI’s statute.

In a statement, the FNCCI said Dhakal believes the nominations will help make its activities more effective.
