Shah credits Catch Spices as the secret behind his signature flavour.
The range includes straight spices, blends, pastes and whole spices, all processed using low-temperature grinding (LTG) technology to preserve natural aroma, oils, colour and consistency.
Catch Spices is now stocked in retail outlets across the Kathmandu Valley, served in the canteens of the Nepali Army and offered on major e-commerce platforms. The brand will roll out in Pokhara in the coming weeks.
