
KATHMANDU: Manish Shrestha has been elected president of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF).
The annual general meeting of CNIYEF, held in Pokhara on Friday, formed a new executive committee for 2025–26 under Shretha's leadership.
Shrestha, the founder of Kazi Studios, has been associated with CNIYEF for the past four years.
CNIYEF’s immediate past president, Ashish Agrawal, administered the oath of office to Shrestha and formally handed over the charge.
In the new executive committee, Sugam Ghimire was appointed Learning Chair; Punit Agrawal Member Integration Chair; Nida Doon Malla Growth and Expansion Chair; Yash Agrawal Finance Chair; Ankur Agrawal International Relations Chair; Chirag Sarawagi Start-up Chair; Shiny Khetan Network and Communication Chair; and Sujeet Regmi Start-up Co-chair.
At the AGM, Suday Kant Jha received the Most Active Member Award, while the CNIYEF Lumbini Province chapter, which added the most members, was also honoured. Tokens of appreciation were presented to Manish Shrestha, Sujeet Regmi and Arun Agrawal for participating in Shark Tank Nepal on behalf of CNIYEF.
CNIYEF, the youth organisation of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries formed in 2008, has prioritised encouraging and promoting young entrepreneurs.
