KATHMANDU: OPPO Nepal today launched its flagship foldable smartphone, the Find N5. At just 8.93 mm thin and 229 g light, it is the world’s thinnest book-style foldable device and houses a 5 600 mAh Silicon-Carbon battery claimed to be the longest-lasting in any foldable.
The Find N5 is now available in Nepal, priced at Rs 249,999 for the 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage variant. It comes with 0% EMI plans, requiring a 40% down payment over 12 monthly instalments at OPPO retail stores nationwide.
For durability, OPPO has equipped the Find N5 with IPX9 water resistance and a Titanium Flexion Hinge that is 26% smaller yet 36% stronger. Its Armour Shield frame delivers a 30% stronger chassis and 20% higher drop resistance, while TÜV Rheinland Minimized Crease Certification ensures a smoother folding experience. The device also supports the OPPO Pen for productivity and creativity.

The handset features an expansive 8.12-inch inner display and a 6.62-inch cover screen, both offering a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate and up to 2,000 nits of HDR brightness. Photography on the Find N5 is driven by the Hasselblad Master Camera System, the first of its kind on a foldable smartphone. It combines wide, ultra-wide, zoom and periscope lenses with telephoto macro capabilities down to 10 cm, enables Dolby Vision HDR video recording at 4K/60 fps and offers RAW capture alongside Hasselblad Portrait and Master Modes for professional-grade control.
Software enhancements arrive with ColorOS 15, which introduces AI Call Summary for automatic transcription and action points, Dual-Screen Interpreter for live translations, advanced AI editing tools, suggested split-screen apps and seamless cross-device integration via O+ Connect for Mac and Touch to Share for iOS devices.
