11:53 am auspicious for Vijaya Dashami Tika this year
KATHMANDU: Nepal Calendar Determination Development Committee has announced the auspicious time for this year’s Vijaya Dashami.
Committee chairperson Shambhu Prasad Dhakal said the most auspicious time for the 'Tika' of Vijaya Dashami is 11:53 am on October 2.
This year’s Dashain festival begins on September 22, with the auspicious time for Ghatasthapana at 9:30 am on the same day.
A press release issued by the committee on Tuesday noted that Phulpati falls on September 29, Mahaastami on September 30 and Mahanawami on October 1.
Kojagrat Purnima, the final day of the festival, falls on October 6.
