PM Karki to expand Council of Ministers today
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to expand the Council of Ministers today.
Four new ministers are expected to join the Cabinet after the prime minister submitted her recommendations for their appointment to the President.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Dr Sudha Sharma has been proposed as Minister for Health and Population, Ganapati Lal Shrestha as Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Khagendra Sunar as Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security, and Bablu Gupta as Minister for Youth and Sports.
They are expected to take the oath of office and secrecy today.
