MUSTANG: The number of tourists visiting Mustang by November 2025 has increased by 10.61% compared with the same period in 2024, ACAP data shows.
A total of 151,230 tourists had visited the district as of November, the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) in Jomsom said. That figure represents 14,411 more foreign visitors than by November 2024.
Of the visitors this year, 124,353 were from SAARC countries and 26,877 were from other countries as of November. ACAP said arrivals in August and September declined because of adverse weather and the Gen Z movement.
By comparison, 135,719 tourists visited the district in 2024, of whom 109,549 were from the SAARC region.
